PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE OF EUROPE, CUSTOMERS ARE LIABLE TO PAY ANY EXTRA DUTIES OR CHARGES LEVIED BY THAT PARTICULAR GOVERNMENT. THIS MATTER IS TOTALLY OUT OF OUR HANDS. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY TO SEE YOUR IMPORT DUTY CHARGE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

We offer a 3-day, no-hassle return policy. You have 3 days to return unworn, not tried on, unwashed merchandise, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging, for any reason.

All items to be returned are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. Most of our merchandise are returnable, except for products with adhesives and hosiery products whose packaging has been tampered with, or destroyed. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return items must satisfy the following conditions:

• Must be unworn, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
• You must include the original invoice with your order & the RAM confirmation number given to you when you requested a return.
• Must be free of marks and scents. We strongly recommend being makeup-free and perfume/deodorant-free when trying on our garments.

We adhere to all Health Code Regulations. Because of this, Ardyss  refuse to accept return items with a crotch lining once they have been worn.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of items with obvious signs of wear (i.e. if the items have been soiled, been smudged with makeup, or if the item has a distinct smell).

If your order arrives outside the 3 days we reserve the right to refuse delivery, all items should be sent recorded or signed for and it is up to you the buyer to ensure it arrives back to us within the time frame, as we accept no responsibility for delays caused by your courier.

Defective or Wrong Item/s Shipped:
If you receive a damaged item, or if the incorrect item was shipped to you, please contact our customer service department within 1 Business day.

ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Please return the item/s with a note stating the reason for your return.

Kindly mark the mailing envelope “Defective” or “Wrong Item”, depending on your case, in order for your return to be prioritised. We suggest that you return your mail it with the shipping tracking number, so that you can track if it has been delivered back to us.

Your return will be processed within FIFTEEN (15) Business days once received at our warehouse. Once processed please allow up to FIVE (5) Business days for a refund to appear on your credit card/bank statement.

If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy, we will not credit you for your return, and you will be responsible for the postage for us to ship the item back to you.

YOUR REFUND WILL BE MINUS THE POSTAGE COST.
